For every one of us, our relationships mean a lot. They add value to our lives. When we have strong bonds with everyone, we tend to be more productive and enjoy life with full potential. But if we didn’t, there are more chances to prone to adverse effects of it.

Such as the person who is dealing with a toxic relationship with someone might be her/his friend, boss, husband/wife, or anyone it could be.

1. His/her productivity at the workplace will be affected.

2. He/she can also undergo some mental illness. In many cases, it has been noticed that somebody who is suffering from mental illness has defected relationships.

3. And in most cases, it has been noted that the recovery process in clients who have family support is much better than the clients whose family members are not supportive.

1. Communication.

Communication is a prominent factor in the success of any relationship. If you have good communication skills, you will remain able to understand your viewpoint to others in a more effective way.

So there is a great chance of being recognized. But on the other hand, if you are not able to convey your words to others you will probably lose your relationships or it might affect the quality of your relationships.

Ultimately it will affect your life as well. If you are unable to convey then you might be misjudged and misunderstood. People who are not very open to others might remain behind in life whilst others who are open to expressing themselves might go beyond in their lives.

To have good communication keep these 5 things in mind

1.Try to listen to others carefully

3. Be more open about yourself.

4. Always put in your suggestions too if needed.

Another important factor to add value to your relationships is you have to spend more time with each other. By doing this, you will get a chance to know more about each other.

Try to share likes, dislikes, and hobbies. Go for long walks, dinner, or movie night together. This will help you to understand and share more things. Here I am sharing 4points to spend more time with each other.

You can also appreciate others on their achievements like if your friend or your partner gets an award or new job post/promotion etc. Try to appreciate them with words like

1. Oh wow! you did a great job. or you can say.

2. Well done, you deserve this as you did a really hard job. You don’t know the power of such words that will impact your relationship in a positive way.

4. Forgiveness.

An important key factor to improve your relationship with friends, family, and others is forgiveness. That means try to forget their past mistakes and behaviors to have beautiful relations.

Don’t stick to their past acts as you know that all of us have some good and some bad in ourselves. We are not perfect in any way. Everyone is prone to mistakes, so they never talk about their past faulty behaviors in new disputes.

This thing will be more damaging for your relationships. If you want betterment in your life this thing will work for you.

Also always keep one thing in mind: never fight on small things like why you put your towel here or why you don’t clean your clothes yet. It doesn’t matter.

1. For example, if your kid is not good at subjects like math sciences don’t say bad words to him. Instead, appreciate the in which he is good at. So appreciate him for them and say the words like don’t worry you will be good on these subjects too with time.
